By engaging with our services or interacting with our reception team, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Profit.Store.Reception provides front-of-house and communication support services on behalf of businesses located within 17-19, 21 Units, Skylines Business Village, E14 9TS & other UK locations. These services include:

  • Reception greeting and visitor sign-in

  • Call answering and message forwarding

  • Delivery and parcel handling

  • General front desk assistance

We act as a service provider for tenant businesses but are not a legal representative of any individual company.

2. Visitor Interaction

All visitors are required to sign in upon arrival and may be asked to provide

identification or the name of the person or company they are visiting. Visitor information is recorded solely for operational and security purposes and managed in line with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual if deemed necessary for security, safety, or building policy compliance.

3. Call Answering

Calls received are handled professionally and forwarded or messaged to the relevant contact within the client organisation. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third-party callers or for the response times of the businesses we represent.

4. Deliveries and Parcels

We may receive and temporarily hold parcels and deliveries on behalf of tenant companies. While reasonable care is taken to ensure safe handling, we do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or delay once the item has been logged and handed over to the correct recipient or collected.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays in message delivery or response by the client business

  • Any action or omission taken by a business based on information provided via our services

  • Loss or damage to personal property unless due to our proven negligence

Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the value of the monthly service fee paid by the client for the relevant service.

6. Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how personal data is collected and used.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on our website or made available upon request.
